(3) Energy saving heat treatment


Scientific production and power management are the most promising factors for the effective utilization of power. Establishing a professional heat treatment plant to ensure full load production and fully utilize equipment capabilities is the choice for scientific management. In terms of heat treatment power structure, prioritize selecting primary power; Fully utilize waste heat, waste heat; Choose processes with low energy consumption and short cycles to replace processes with long cycles and high energy consumption.


(4) Less oxidation heat treatment

Vacuum heating gas quenching, vacuum or low-pressure carburizing, nitriding, nitrogen carbon co carburizing, and boronizing can significantly improve quality, reduce distortion, and advance lifespan.
